We help sales teams with CRM and software setup for operations. We are a startup-style company seeking a highly adaptable Digital Marketing Specialist to drive lead generation and build our marketing presence.
Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Specialist will focus on generating leads through digital marketing strategies including managing daily social media and content creation to enhance the Mirror Advisors brand. Reporting directly to the CEO the specialist will translate provided brand standards and corporate messaging into compelling outputs driving consistent lead flow. Daily responsibilities are centered on social media management and content creation including images and short videos using Canva. Candidates must understand B2B sales funnels and lead generation basics with LinkedIn lead generation experience as a bonus. Experience in consulting SaaS or IT marketing is a strong bonus.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
Develop and execute 90 day digital marketing strategies to generate consistent leads through webforms targeting B2B audiences.
Run paid ad campaigns (e.g. LinkedIn Google Ads) to drive webform submissions and bookings.
Social Media Management:
Manage social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Twitter YouTube) for Mirror Advisors.
Create and schedule 3 5 posts/week aligning with CEO-provided brand standards and messaging to engage B2B audiences.
Content Creation:
Produce high-quality content including blog posts email campaigns images and short videos using Canva to support lead generation and brand awareness.
Translate CEO-provided corporate messaging into compelling outputs that highlight software consulting benefits.
Marketing Reporting:
Monitor and report on campaign performance (e.g. webform submissions social engagement email metrics) using tools like Zoho Marketing Plus or similar.
Provide weekly reports to the CEO with actionable insights to optimize lead generation efforts.
Collaboration with CEO:
High English proficiency to work closely with the CEO to align strategies with company goals focusing on operational ROI efficiency and revenue growth.
Adapt quickly to the CEO s feedback and directives to refine campaigns and content.
Qualifications
2 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media management and content creation.
Proven ability to create B2B content aligned with American corporate messaging.
Proficiency in Canva for creating images and short videos.
Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels and lead generation strategies.
Exceptional English fluency (written and verbal) to engage U.S.-based B2B audiences.
Ability to translate CEO-provided brand standards and messaging into effective marketing outputs.
Bonus: Experience with LinkedIn lead generation or consulting/SaaS/IT marketing.
Bonus: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Zoho CRM) or deep analytics expertise.
Comfortable working remotely with a U.S. time zone overlap (e.g. 4 6 hours daily).
Preferred Skills
Proficiency in SEO email marketing and social media analytics.
Experience with marketing tools like Zoho Marketing Plus or HubSpot.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns while maintaining daily social media and content tasks.
