What You ll Do
Financial Oversight & Billing Accuracy
o Lead and manage end-to-end billing processes to ensure timely accurate invoicing.
o Monitor financial performance metrics and reconcile discrepancies proactively.
o Collaborate with finance and operations teams to maintain audit-ready records.
Service Compliance & Delivery Assurance
o Ensure all services delivered to clients meet contractual obligations and regulatory standards.
o Conduct regular compliance reviews and implement corrective actions where needed.
o Maintain documentation and reporting aligned with internal policies and external requirements.
Client Relationship Management
o Serve as the primary point of contact for client billing and service-related queries.
o Address and resolve client concerns with professionalism and urgency.
o Build strong trust-based relationships with key stakeholders in essential tech accounts.
Operational Coordination
o Liaise with cross-functional teams (e.g. IT legal finance) to align service delivery with business goals.
o Support onboarding of new clients and transitions of service agreements.
o Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Procurement & Vendor Management
o Lead procurement processes to ensure cost-effective and timely acquisition of goods and services.
o Manage vendor relationships negotiate contracts and monitor performance.
o Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
o Coordinate with vendors to resolve issues and ensure service quality.
