Job Description

As an Intern in  Account Services depending on project assignment you will support AM/SAM/ADs liaising with their international clients on global/regional projects providing them with excellent service and care.

  • Film video and podcast creation
  • Onsite/Virtual/Hybrid Events & congresses
  • Digital Therapeutics
  • Market research

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the project lead in the execution of the operational project tasks
  • Organization & set-up of meetings (int/ext)
  • Managing meeting minutes/contact reports
  • Follow-up on task advancement with the internal team members
  • Weekly check of the teams timesheet reports and project burn report advancement
  • Supporting testing/QA activities
  • PowerPoint templating
  • Any other operational needs

Qualifications :

  • Educated to a degree level - ideally in communication/marketing economy biology/pharmacy and/or other scientific pathway)
  • Very good knowledge of the English language written and spoken (B2/C1)
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office package is a must Project Management tools a plus
  • Management of priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Client-oriented and inventive
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Flexibility and determination
