Job Description
- Provide exceptional guest relations and information services promoting the Pullman brand philosophy through exemplary attitude behaviour and communication skills in Mandarin and English.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering high-quality services from arrival to departure whilst contributing to the departments quantitative targets through sales efforts.
- Promote hotel services and offerings leveraging excellent interpersonal skills and cultural awareness to meet diverse guest needs.
Qualifications :
2 years experience at the same position in 5 (five) stars International Hotel chain Speaks and write Mandarin language professionally Diploma in hospitality and also English speaking skills.
He / She should have outgoing personality Open mindedness sense of service initiative interpersonal skills and very good team work.
