What You Will Do:
- Travel to multiple customer sites to provide on-site technical support including hardware/software installation diagnostics and maintenance.
- Submit daily reports (e.g. site visit reports logged hours via internal software) to management for approval.
- Provide after-hours on-call support and participate in operational meetings as required.
What You Need:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Proven experience as an IT Field Engineer Desktop Support Engineer or similar role.
- Technical expertise in computer hardware operating systems and network infrastructure.
- Valid driver s license and vehicle for travel to customer sites.
