Your Role & Responsibilities:
As a Technical Support Specialist your mission will be to resolve technical issues promptly assist customers effectively and enhance their overall experience:
- Support customers with device setup and troubleshooting.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone email and web chat using the clients internal systems.
- Identify customer needs research issues provide relevant product knowledge and offer tailored solutions.
- Stay up to date on product and service knowledge including wireless networking solutions customer service standards and email etiquette.
Qualifications :
What You Need to Succeed:
- German and English
- Basic understanding of internet routers connectivity and technical troubleshooting
- Interest in consumer electronics and solving technical challenges
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and work with various internal tools and platforms
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends on a rotational schedule
