Job Description

We are seeking a friendly organized and professional Receptionist to join our team on-site. As the first point of contact for our company the Receptionist will provide excellent customer service to clients visitors and employees while efficiently managing front-desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail packages and deliveries
- Support other departments with clerical tasks as needed
- Ensure front desk procedures are followed consistent

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist front desk representative or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional attitude and appearance
