Job Description

For Linklaters in Warsaw we are currently recruiting for the Creative Design Team Lead role.


About the Team

You will join Linklaters Global Solutions (LGS) as a critical member of the Business Development and Marketing (BDM) team. Linklaters Global Solutions is a function delivering day-to-day transactional work essential to the smooth running of the firm and providing analysis and advisory capability to our business stakeholders lawyers and partners globally.

BDM LGS is a diverse and highly skilled team of marketing business development data and operations professionals dedicated to supporting the wider BDM function in driving revenue growth nurturing our priority client relationships and strengthening the firms reputation. Our team works on initiatives ranging from pitch creation and marketing content management to market intelligence and data analytics creative design and event coordination.

You will be responsible for

Leadership and team management:

  • Leading a team of creative artworkers providing guidance support and mentorship to ensure consistent high standards.

  • Managing team capacity and coordinating resources to meet project demands effectively anticipating and addressing potential bottlenecks.

  • Setting clear goals with your team and motivating individuals to achieve them fostering a culture of excellence innovation and collaboration.

  • Driving the development of the teams service offering and identifying areas of improvement while also enabling self-service paths re-usable templates and modules and using AI and other technology to improve efficiency and scalability.

  • Actively encouraging team members to develop their skills and share knowledge. Supporting professional development by identifying training needs and opportunities for growth.

  • Acting as the primary escalation point for team challenges proposing and implementing solutions either within the team or function more broadly.

  • Monitoring workflows identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices to enhance team performance and productivity.

  • Leading regular team meetings to review project statuses address challenges and drive operational improvements.

  • Supporting your team in completing BAU (business-as-usual) work when demand is high.

  • Maintaining alignment across the creative deliverables and the firms brand outputs.

Creative oversight and quality assurance:

  • Overseeing the production of high-impact templated artwork and client-facing materials to ensure adherence to the firms brand guidelines and visual identity standards.

  • Reviewing and approving bespoke design elements created by the team providing feedback and ensuring high-quality outputs that align with project briefs and stakeholder needs.

  • Ensuring all collateral produced by the team meets agreed specifications project briefs and the firms quality standards. Developing and maintaining processes to uphold quality control.

Stakeholder collaboration:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholder enquiries managing expectations and ensuring the team delivers on-time high-quality documents.

  • Building and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders maintaining open communication to ensure alignment with wider business objectives.

  • Educating stakeholders on the right use of self-service tools and encourage re-use of templates event designs and modular approach when feasible.

Apply if you

  • Have 5 years of experience in a creative design role ideally in a corporate environment.

  • Have proven expertise in producing high-quality marketing materials across print and digital platforms.

  • Are able to manage multiple projects prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.

  • Have strong leadership and mentoring skills with experience managing small teams or mentoring junior creative talent.

  • Are able to build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

  • Are proficient in design tools including Adobe InDesign Illustrator Photoshop Dreamweaver Acrobat and Microsoft PowerPoint.

  • Are familiar with print production workflows and digital communication channels.

  • Have a deep understanding of brand guidelines visual identity management and quality assurance processes.

  • Are highly creative and resourceful with a solutions-oriented approach to solving creative and operational challenges.

  • Have exceptional attention to detail with a consistent focus on delivering high-quality outputs.

  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills capable of articulating ideas clearly and effectively.

  • Are fluent in English both verbally and in writing (C1 or C2 level).

Location

  • Warsaw (hybrid model - 2 days in the office per week - Al. Jana Pawa II 22)
