Job Description

Job Title:Occupational Therapist OT Waiting List
Location:Wokingham
Pay Rate:37 per hour

Job Description:

Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to supportWokinghams adult social care team by managing the OT waiting list and delivering key interventions to promote independence and safety. This role involves a mix of assessments reviews and reablement support.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct functional OT assessments
Complete reduced care reviews
Carry out moving and handling assessments
Provide reablement support
Deliver minor works and DFG-related interventions

Requirements:

HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
Experience in adult social care and reablement
Knowledge of DFG processes and equipment provision
Strong assessment and organisational skills
