Please note: This position is only open to candidates currently residing in the United States or Canada with a preference for candidates in MST and PST time zones. We are unable to offer sponsorship at this time. While this role is primarily remote there may be occasional opportunities to support our strategic accounts on-site.

In this role youll:
- Empower Customers: Train shop owners and their teams on how to effectively use AutoLeap.
- Manage Relationships: Build strong relationships with customers and own their implementation outcomes.
- Become an Expert: Develop a deep understanding of the automotive industry and become a trusted advisor to your customers.
- Provide On-Site Support (as needed): Offer in-person support and training to strategic accounts (ability to travel).
- Provide Feedback: Champion your customers internally by sharing their feedback with our Product team.
- Collaborate: Work closely with your peers to continuously improve our processes and operations.
Requirements
What were looking for:
- Technical Expertise: 1-2 years of experience in software implementations.
- Customer Focus: Passion for helping others succeed and a dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Proven Success: A strong track record of achievement in previous roles.
- Unique Talents: Bring your own unique skills and perspectives to the team.
- Highly preferred: Bilingual French proficiency.
