Job Description
PPS is seeking an Assembly Technician to join our custom fabrication team in Bedford. This is a full-time position with benefits including profit sharing bonuses and a high ceiling for growth!
Responsibilities:
- Assemble large metal cabinets according to customer specs
- Utilize hand tools power tools and machinery for assembly tasks.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly processes
- This is a 2nd shift position but must be able to train on 1st shift (2-3 weeks)
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Assembly Technician or similar role.
- Mechanical skills and ability to use various tools.
- Attention to detail and quality assurance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to train on 1st shift then pivot to 2nd
