Job Description
Hourly Pay Range:
$57.69 - $75.77 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidates expertise and years of experience among other factors.Position Highlights:
- Position: Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA) - Hematology/Oncology - Outpatient
- Location: Swedish Hospital 5140 N California Ave Chicago IL 60625
- Full Time/Part Time: Full-Time 40 hours per week
- Hours: Monday - Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
What you will need:
- License:Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) Licensure in the State of IL required;FederalDEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required
- Education:Completion of Masters level program in specialty area
- Certification:BLS/CPR certification required
- Experience:Prior APN/PA experience preferred
What you will do:
- Provide comprehensive health assessments differential diagnosis and prescribe treatments under the protocol in the direct management of acute and chronic illness and disease
- Promote wellness and prevent illness and injury in various settings for individuals families and communities
- Work autonomously and in interdisciplinary teams as resources and consultants
- Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
