We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fullstack Software Engineer to join our growing technology team. This is a fully remote position but restricted to applicants based in the United States with a valid U.S. Government-issued ID (drivers license state ID or passport). You will play a critical role in designing developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of our digital ecosystem including internal systems customer-facing applications and third-party integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Operations and Marketing to design and implement fullstack solutions.
Build and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks (e.g. React etc.).
Develop backend services and RESTful APIs using tools like Express Python (Django/Flask) or similar frameworks.
Ensure data integrity and performance with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g. PostgreSQL MongoDB).
Manage version control using Git and participate in code reviews.
Participate in Agile/Scrum development cycles including sprint planning stand-ups and retrospectives.
Optimize application performance reliability and security.
Monitor production systems and respond to incidents promptly.
Write clean maintainable and well-documented code.
Contribute to architectural decisions and strategic technology planning.
Required Qualifications
Must reside in the United States and possess a valid U.S. government-issued ID.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
3 years of experience as a Fullstack Software Engineer.
Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and related frameworks.
Experience with backend development using REST APIs or similar.
Strong understanding of database design and management (SQL and NoSQL).
Familiarity with DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms like AWS GCP or Azure.
Solid experience with Git-based workflows and agile development practices.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in the restaurant hospitality or retail industry is a plus.
Familiarity with mobile app development (React Native or Flutter).
Knowledge of POS (Point-of-Sale) integration or restaurant management systems.
Experience with containerization (e.g. Docker) and orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes).
