Note: This is a remote Telehealth position.
Note: You must be a MD or DO with 10 state licenses to be considered for this position. Must be board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. If you do not meet this requirement please do not schedule a call as it will be canceled.

Job Description
- Conduct virtual initial screenings for member enrollment using established clinical guidelines
- Manage medication and prescriptions via the companys proprietary platform
- Monitor member symptoms and provide guidance or interventions as necessary
- Supervise and collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers (NPs and PAs)
- Respond to occasional member voicemails for clarifications or medication concerns
- Offer clinical input to enhance internal tools and technology
- Travel for chart reviews (approximately twice a year)
- Participate in an on-call rotation as scheduled
Qualifications
- MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- 10 Active medical licenses (must reside in the U.S.)
- 2 years of clinical practice experience
- Comfortable providing telehealth care and working on video-based platforms
- Strong collaboration skills with NPs and PAs
- Open to being on-call periodically and adopting new technology platforms

Must have MD or DO medical license in 10 states. Must have 2 years of clinical practice experience in internal or family medicine. Must have board certification in internal medicine or family medicine from ABMS (American Board of Medical Specialties) Must live in U.S.. Must submit via Greenhouse. No submission email

- IMLC helps us get state licenses a little quicker but it doesnt meet an immediate need for accepting new patients as they come in. It is still typically 60-90 days out for licensing process times.

1. Are you looking for full-time or part-time work If part-time what days/hours are you available
2. This role is W2 only are you comfortable with that
3. What is your specialty (Internal Medicine Primary Care/Family Medicine or other)
4. Do you have experience managing chronic conditions in telehealth and/or working in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
5. This position requires both seeing patients and supervising lower-level clinicians (APPs) are you comfortable with both
6. Are you currently supervising APPs How many and in what states
