WHERE DOES THIS ROLE FIT IN THE BIG PICTURE:
As the Associate Tech PMO & Business Analyst you will act as the bridge between the technical and Business Teams working with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed smoothly requirements are captured and users are well-supported. You will be delivering training/demos managing project tools (such as JIRA and Asana) and overseeing both functional and technical documentation. You will also serve as the spokesperson for the tech department ensuring that the rest of the organization is aligned with our tech initiatives.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Project Coordination & PMO Support
- Manage project schedules deliverables and milestones using tools like JIRA and Asana.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities between the tech team and other departments.
- Assist in resource planning status reporting and risk management for ongoing projects.
Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
- Gather and document business requirements from customers and internal stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear actionable technical specifications.
- Support testing and quality assurance efforts by ensuring requirements are met.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer communication & training regarding tech initiatives and product functionalities.
- Organize and deliver product demos training and presentations to various stakeholders.
- Actively gather and relay customer feedback to inform product enhancements.
Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of functional and technical documentation ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Develop process flows training manuals and user guides to support tech deployments.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing within the tech team and across the organization.
Spokesperson for Tech Department
- Represent the tech team in cross-departmental meetings and communications.
- Clearly communicate tech strategies project statuses and challenges to non-technical teams and leadership.
- Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to produce internal updates and presentations.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 2-4 yrs of experience in delivering training and product demos in PMO business analysis or a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA Asana Excel and process modeling.
- Prior exposure to tech support or client-facing roles within a tech organization.
- Detail-oriented and proactive team player with strong analytical skills.
