Monitor production processes and adjust schedules or workflow to optimize efficiency.
Ensure adherence to quality standards safety regulations and company policies.
Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure machinery and equipment are operating efficiently.
Manage and allocate manpower materials and resources effectively to meet production demands.
Train guide and evaluate production staff to enhance performance and maintain discipline.
Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
Maintain accurate production reports logs and documentation for management review.
Identify and implement process improvements to reduce downtime and wastage.
Liaise with other departments such as quality control procurement and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production supervisory role.
Strong understanding of production processes workflow management and quality standards.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production schedules.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with production management software.
Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations.
