Job Description
This is a remote position.
Job Title: Freelance Trainer MCAL Device Driver (AUTOSAR)
Job Role
We are looking for an experienced MCAL Device Driver Trainer with a strong background in AUTOSAR architecture and embedded C programming. The trainer will be responsible for delivering structured training on MCAL modules and device driver development for automotive microcontrollers (e.g. Infineon NXP Renesas ST). Sessions should be hands-on and aligned with OEM and Tier-1 requirements.
Key Skills Required
Deep understanding of AUTOSAR Architecture (BSW MCAL RTE)
MCAL Modules: ADC PWM DIO SPI CAN LIN GPT ICU PORT
Embedded C programming and low-level driver integration
Experience with AUTOSAR stacks (Vector Elektrobit ETAS etc.)
Familiarity with AUTOSAR 4.x standards
Hands-on with microcontroller configuration tools (e.g. Tresos DaVinci)
Experience in integration & testing of MCAL drivers
Good communication and technical presentation skills
Prior training experience preferred
