Job Description
CORNEA SPECIALIST POSTION WITH A PRIVATE PRACTICE IN LEXINGTON KENTUCKY
This MD owned practice with a large and tenured office staff is searching for a replacement Cornea surgeon due to the current provider relocating. This is leaving an immediate need with great patient flow for someone to step in.
Guarnateed base salary of $285k-$325k negotiable - Total compensation with bonus structure - $500k potential.
• Bonus calculated on Physiclan net collections - once exceed 2.5x base salary receive 35% of net colections.
• Additional profit sharing buy in opportunity with ASCs for potential $50-$100k.
• 4% matching contributions into 401k
Eligible and available for practice buy-in after 2years
• 4weeks / 160 hours Vacation/PTO annualy.
