Job Description
Tasks
- Design and develop advanced artificial intelligence algorithms to enhance software capabilities in line with Syntivis AGs commitment to innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing software products ensuring accountability for quality and performance metrics.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers fostering a culture of challenge and continuous improvement within the AI team.
- Conduct research on emerging AI technologies to keep Syntivis AG at the forefront of the software development industry.
- Implement rigorous testing protocols to validate AI models ensuring they meet the companys standards for reliability and ethical use.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI development with a strong portfolio of successful AI projects.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python R or Java and familiarity with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex challenges independently demonstrating accountability and commitment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team and effectively present findings and ideas.
