Were looking for a Junior Social Media Content Creator to join our growing team in Barcelona. This role is perfect for someone with 12 years of experience in social media content creation who wants to help shape a young agency work with a diverse client portfolio takes ownership of creative projects and grow into a role with strong career development opportunities.

Role Overview

• Plan design and produce content for social media platforms (Instagram LinkedIn TikTok Facebook & etc.)
• Develop creative ideas and visual concepts in line with brand guidelines
• Create high-quality visuals using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Shoot and edit content using CapCut phones and cameras for Reels Stories and other formats
• Use social media planning tools like SocialPilot to schedule and manage content
• Explore and experiment with AI content creation tools like ChatGPT DALLE Midjourney and Sora
• Stay up to date with trends and bring fresh creative ideas to the table
• Collaborate closely with our strategy and design team to deliver engaging content

Ideal Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in social media content creation (agency or in-house)
• Graduated in media communications design or a related field
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience with CapCut and social media management tools (e.g. SocialPilot)
• Strong photography and filming skills (bonus: experience with professional camera equipment)
• Familiarity with Instagram LinkedIn and TikTok formats and trends
• Interest in AI-assisted content creation
• Fluent English (Spanish or German is a plus)
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
