Join DPHI in a newly created leadership role where you will play a central part in transforming how our people connect collaborate and innovate. As Manager Unified Communications you will lead the strategy delivery and evolution of workplace communication technologies that enable flexible high-performing and future-ready digital environments.
In this role you will lead and mentor a team of technical specialists to manage and enhance unified communication services focused on Microsoft 365 including Microsoft Teams (chat voice meetings) OneDrive Microsoft Exchange video conferencing and other platforms across a large and diverse organisation. You will drive strategic planning and implementation in alignment with NSW Government ICT frameworks and digital transformation priorities while also overseeing vendor and supplier relationships to ensure service excellence value for money and contractual compliance. A key part of your role will involve safeguarding service continuity through robust disaster recovery and business continuity planning. Most importantly you will champion digital collaboration by delivering innovative technology solutions that boost productivity and enable a connected future-ready workforce.
