Position Qualifications
OR
3 yrs. project management (i.e. management & development of project/program requirements design development testing/pilot training & full-scale implementation) with experience to be commensurate with project/program &/or position description on file (e.g. specific human service program area management information sciences fiscal); 12 mos. budgeting & calculating cost projections of program/projects.
OR
The equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.

As the HR Business Process Manager youll serve as the central hub for HR projects and process improvements. You will be entrusted with managing high-impact projects that touch every aspect of HR from recruiting and onboarding to payroll benefits labor relations and beyond.

This is anhourly position and is exempt from the bargaining units with a pay range15 on theE1 Exempt Pay Range Schedule. Normal working hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm (Flexible Schedule).
Unless required by any applicable union contract and/or requirements of the Ohio Revised Code the selected candidate will begin atStep 1 of the pay range schedule listed above with an opportunity for pay increase after six months of satisfactory performance and then a yearly raise thereafter.
This position is unclassified per 124.11 (A) (9) Ohio Revised Code.
