Were Hiring: Sales Support Specialist Farmers Branch TX
Were currently seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Farmers Branch Texas. This role plays a key part in supporting the sales team by managing customer accounts and providing administrative and front office support.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist assigned sales representatives with daily updates and account status
Maintain and manage customer accounts including setup pricing adjustments and margin tracking
Resolve order-related issues review transaction history and assist with online order management
Enter customer and sales team orders via phone email or fax
Process sample requests and return orders
Create and manage online customer profiles
Set up CPM (Cost Per Month) and rebate contracts
Build strong relationships with internal teams and external clients to promote customer satisfaction and retention
Deliver accurate product information to customers and stay informed on product offerings
Support inside sales initiatives as needed
Participate in product training and conduct relevant product research
Identify issues and implement solutions independently
Deliver outstanding customer service at every interaction
Take on additional duties as assigned
What Were Looking For:
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (bilingual a plus)
Passion for customer service and support
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
