Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Construction Manager to oversee our construction operations across multiple sites within the region. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in construction management financial acumen and client relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Profit & Loss Management:Own the regional P&L ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded through effective cost control budgeting and financial reporting.
- Job Conversion & Profitability:Drive job conversion rates from bids to executed projects maximize job profitability and implement strategies to improve project margins.
- Client Satisfaction:Develop and maintain strong client relationships ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through quality delivery communication and problem resolution.
- Collections:Oversee project billing and collections to ensure timely cash flow and minimize receivables.
- Process Development & Enforcement:Create implement and continuously improve standardized processes and best practices for project delivery safety quality and operational efficiency.
- Accountability & Leadership:Lead and manage project teams subcontractors and vendors to uphold safety quality and performance standards. Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across the region.
- Reporting & Communication:Provide regular updates on financial performance project status and operational metrics to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in construction management with a strong track record of managing P&L and project profitability
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Ability to develop and enforce operational processes
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and quality control
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering or related field preferred
