Talent Engagement Specialist
Ft. Myers FL / On-Site Role

LeeSar is seeking a Talent Engagement Specialist to join our Human Resources team and play a key role in recruiting top talent to support our growing healthcare supply chain organization. Youll be the connector between great people and meaningful rolesespecially in our high-impact operations pharmacy and clinical support areas.
What Youll Do:
- Lead and manage full-cycle recruiting for a wide range of positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to post screen schedule and support thoughtful hiring decisions.
- Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience from start to finish.
- Keep hiring processes on trackmonitor applications update records send communications and track important metrics.
- Represent LeeSar at job fairs open houses and community hiring events.
- Help us build a more streamlined responsive recruitment process as we transition into a new HCM platform.
- This is an on-site role.
Qualifications
What You Bring:
- 24 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience especially in fast-paced or high-volume environments.
- Top-notch organization skillsyou love calendars checklists and follow-through.
- Excellent written and verbal communicationyou know how to be clear concise and personable.
- Confidence using an ATS and job board platforms (Indeed LinkedIn etc.).
- A collaborative can-do mindset with a love for building relationships.
Bonus points if youve worked in healthcare distribution or pharmacy settings.
- Willingness to grow through professional development and system training.
