The Boeing Companys Security organization is currently seeking a Senior Emergency Dispatch Operations Specialist to join the team in Mesa AZ.

The Global Security Operation Center (GSOC) is a dynamic organization that serves as a resource and communication hub within Security and Fire to improve the safety and security of people property information and business operations worldwide. The highly skilled Emergency Dispatch team supports Security and Fire operations and enables production across the domestic United States in which we deliver this unique capability through our exceptional talent. The GSOC is a 24/7/365 operations center. This position requires the ability to work a rotating schedule which includes night shifts.

Position Responsibilities:

• Leads and oversees complex emergency/service requests monitoring and resource dispatch

• Provides dispatch instructions for Security and Fire emergencies

• Manages information entry updates and retrieval across systems

• Serves as subject matter expert and external spokesperson on policies and objectives

• Leads after action reviews and quality control processes

• Designs and delivers advanced skills training programs

• Develops and implements emergency response protocols and guidelines

• Resolves minor technology issues

• Represents organization on critical policy and planning matters

BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3 years as an emergency dispatcher at a PSAP or related Security/Fire Protection role

• Experience with Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) documentation

• Experience in customer communication via in-person phone and radio

• Experience with leadership in managing emergency response teams or dispatch operations

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work/military experience

• Experience working with CAD/FLEX VESTA and Motorola radio systems or similar

• Experience as a Certified Training Officer (CTO) in a communications environment

• Experience communicating with all levels from individual contributors to executives
