Flournoy Properties Group is the property management division of privately held Flournoy Companies a well-respected private developer and operator of multifamily communities in the United States. We are looking for a skilled maintenance worker to work at our office complex Corporate Center in Columbus GA. Position would also have a Electrician / Construction focus.We are Great Place to Work certified and you will not find a better work environment.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED preferred
General knowledge of building maintenancesystems such as electrical HVAC plumbing and carpentry
Commercial maintenance or facilitiesexperience strongly preferred
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with thecompletion of general work orders and preventive maintenance in common areasmechanical rooms restrooms and office spaces
Supportlight electrical work HVAC chiller filter changes plumbing repairs tileceiling replacements and minor carpentry tasks
Rotate earlyshift duties (7:00 AM 4:00 PM) to open the building inspect systems andprepare for tenant occupancy
Respond to tenantservice requests in a timely and professional manner
Participate inrotating on-call responsibilities including after-hours and holidayemergencies
Maintain accurateinventories equipment logs and maintenance records
Perform buildingwalkthroughs and inspections to identify safety issues or needed repairs
Ensure allmaintenance tasks are completed in accordance with company standards and safetyprotocols
Coordinate withvendors contractors and property management team as directed
Other duties asassigned by the Maintenance Director or Director of Operations
Schedule:
Regular Hours: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00PM (with 1-hour lunch)
Rotating Shift: Shared among threetechnicians 7:00 AM 4:00 PM to open the building (with 1-hour lunch)
On-CallRotation: Evenings weekends and holidays shared among the maintenance teamdesignated by Director of Operations/Maintenance Director
