Job Summary

Job Summary

We are looking to hire an electrician experience in electrical installation maintenance and repair. Holds

a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with a strong understanding of industrial

electrical systems. Skilled in troubleshooting wiring and ensuring compliance with safety

standards. Has added advantage of experience working in a plastic manufacturing company

with knowledge of production machinery and power systems

Key Responsibilities

Carry out preventive predictive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults on machines panels and wiring systems.
Install maintain and upgrade electrical equipment motors and control systems.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures during all electrical works.
Support production teams by minimizing downtime and ensuring reliable operation of machines.
Maintain proper records of electrical maintenance activities and spare part usage.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and safety.

Requirements

Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
34 years of relevant work experience in electrical maintenance
Experience in a plastic manufacturing company will be an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards and troubleshooting techniques.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Must be willing to work in shifts and respond to emergency breakdowns.
Technical expertise in electrical systems and control circuits.
Knowledge of PLC systems (basic understanding preferred).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
Commitment to workplace safety and compliance.
