Ward Manager
Haywards Heath Hospital Permanent Full time Monday to Friday
Salary up to 50000 depending on skills & experience
37.5 hours per week

As a Ward Manager at our Haywards Heath Hospital youre a qualified RGN with NMC registration and a mentorship qualification. Youve already worked as a Junior Sister / Charge Nurse or Ward Manager. Either way you hold considerable nursing management experience and youre organised highly motivated and engaged.
As a Ward Manager youwill:

Manage the day to day running of our ward department
Lead a team of highly qualified nurses
Ensure we deliver excellent patient care

Opened in 1993 and close to the centre of Haywards Heath the Nuffield Health Haywards Heath Hospital provides a wide range of medical services from minor procedures through to major surgical specialties. With three operating theatres 1 is laminar flow comprehensive outpatient facilities including a 3T MRI scanner an excellent onsite pre-assessment clinic physiotherapy department and 26 en-suite rooms on the ward.
