Master Data Analyst (Transport)
Master Data Analyst would be part of a team in charge of transport MD process running enrichment processes and maintenance of master data for Coty worldwide on a global SAP platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You would be responsible for ensuring that the Transport Master Data is created on time and accurate as per briefing from Logistics/Transport department. You are following the Global Data Standards provided by our Data Governance Team and contributing to adjust them to changing needs. As Cotys growth builds on constant new product developments this position plays a key role delivering Data Readiness during different stages of the Innovation and leading the work across.
Your main focus:
- Coordination of the daily Transport Master Data communications
- Daily Transport Master Data alignment with the 4PL (new lanes lane changes new locations location terminations and Data alignment)
- Data gathering alignment and validation with source data owners for creation and maintenance of lanes in the Transportation master data database (SAP cloud-BTP)
- Data requests to source data owner to ensure transport master data availability
- Reporting on lane data to several internal parties
- Support on reporting improvements
- Follow up on Data quality topics
- Deliver Key Performance Indicators making sure to reach the Service Level Agreement targets.
- Root cause and log.

The team consists today of nine Master Data Analyst. You will work closely together with several departments such as Master Data Governance Initiative leaders Logistics Planning etc. All your colleagues are dedicated experts and ready to drive Coty to the next level. Working with a team environment with can do attitude optimistic focus on finding solutions. The team has a continuous improvement mindset committed to resolving upcoming challenges and opportunities to make processes more efficient. Master data community main characteristics are team spirit collaboration and working together cohesively toward common goals. They willingly share knowledge and resources help when needed and celebrate each others successes.
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You like to focus on the results and be able to react to the businesss need with sensibility. As a/an experienced Master Data Analyst you collaborate and work together with other teams and you get energy from working in a fast-paced diverse and international environment.
Other than that you:
- Bachelors degree (Engineering BA and/or similar academic background).
- Good technical skills in Excel and SAP. Knowledge in Microsoft Access Visual Basic will be considered.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA) mentality with ability to propose and deliver improvements.
- Team Player mindset.
- Strong sense of individual accountability personal drive to improve and passionate ownership of performance.
- Autonomous motivation to implement changes and challenge the current process / system to deliver improved results.
- Good English level and communication skills.
