Behavior Support Services Consultant

• Must meet eligibility requirements to become credentialed as a QMHA or QMHP through the Mental Health and Addiction Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO).
• A license to drive in the state of Oregon is required.
• Must be able to successfully complete CPI Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training and maintain this certification during employment.
• Experience working with vulnerable individuals developing behavior support plans and providing staff training preferred.

Will be subject to successful completion of a background check.

The successful candidate will be conscientious and collaborative with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and strong organizational & time management skills. The individual in this position must be detail-oriented self-directed and dependable. Must interact professionally and respectfully with others be responsive to requests and support person-centered services. Must demonstrate willingness and ability to adhere to applicable policies and be open to feedback learning and growth. Other essential characteristics and skills include proficiency in general keyboarding and computer use ability to work effectively in a busy team environment and an understanding of general mental health developmental disabilities chemical dependency social structure agency functioning and individual differences in people.
