We are currently seeking a motivated and personable Sales Manager/Coordinator to join our team and help grow our membership base and event bookings through strategic sales initiatives and excellent customer service.
Position Summary:
The Sales Manager/Coordinator will be responsible for promoting club membership coordinating private events and corporate bookings and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing members. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a hospitality-focused environment and enjoys connecting with people.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Coordination:
- Conduct tours and orientations for prospective guest events.
- Maintain a database of leads and follow up in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns and promotional materials.
- Track and report on membership metrics and sales performance.
Event Sales & Coordination:
- Respond to inquiries and promote private event services including weddings corporate functions and social gatherings.
- Manage bookings and assist in event planning with the clubs F&B and operations teams.
- Ensure a seamless experience from inquiry to event execution.
- Create proposals contracts and invoices as needed.
Relationship Management:
- Serve as a brand ambassador at club functions and community events.
- Maintain strong relationships with members vendors and local businesses.
- Represent the club with professionalism integrity and enthusiasm.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Hospitality Marketing or related field preferred.
- 3 years of sales or event coordination experience preferably in a club hospitality or luxury environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High attention to detail organization and follow-through.
- Ability to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
