Description

Join JPMorgan Chase as a Vice President in Transfer Agency Operations where you will lead a talented team in a fast-paced environment driving strategic change and delivering exceptional results for our business.


As a Vice President on the TA Ops team you will oversee critical operations manage high-profile client relationships and ensure compliance with KYC/AML standards. You will collaborate with senior leaders across various teams to drive strategic initiatives and ensure the Transfer Agency is Audit Ready at all times.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to ensure accurate and timely processing of Fund and Investor level activities.
  • Serve as the primary contact for high-profile clients managing complex inquiries.
  • Oversee completeness reviews related to investor or fund activity/changes.
  • Direct the production and review of client and investor level reporting.
  • Lead ad-hoc reporting including board reports and audit requests.
  • Manage the final signoff process for investor transactions and resolve documentation issues.
  • Champion established processes and lead initiatives to improve accuracy and mitigate risk.

Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:

  • Proven dedication to superior client service with the ability to remain poised under pressure.
  • Strong leadership skills with a professional and proactive approach to work.
  • Exceptional communication skills both oral and written.
  • Ability to work with precision in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently with strong follow-through and strategic vision.

Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum 7-10 years experience in the Financial Services industry.
  • Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to create a vision and actionable roadmap with a focus on ongoing innovation.
