Your Day-to-Day:
- Essential Repairs: Handle basic plumbing electrical and carpentry tasks to keep properties in top shape.
- Detail-Oriented Work: Ensure all repairs meet high-quality standards leaving properties clean and functional.
- Quick Thinker: Assess and resolve issues promptly while suggesting lasting solutions.
- Collaborative Learning: Work alongside experienced technicians to enhance your skills and tackle larger projects.
- Property Care: Contribute to property upkeep by maintaining landscaping clearing debris and identifying areas needing attention.
- Professional Growth: Engage in on-the-job training to develop specialized skills like HVAC plumbing and carpentry.
- Safety-Minded: Always prioritize safety by adhering to protocols and using appropriate gear.
What Youll Bring:
- Basic Tools: A personal set of hand tools to get started. Valid drivers license vehicle and insurance required.

Your Background:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: No prior experience needed though any maintenance construction or vocational training is a plus.
- Eagerness to Learn: Open to developing specialized maintenance skills through training.
