We are seeking a versatile Data & Insights Developer who can bridge the gap between raw data and business decision-making. This hands-on role combines core responsibilities of data modeling dashboard design and user collaborationsupporting the development of scalable reliable insights from our data lake infrastructure. Working closely with FP&A and operations this role will help build intuitive reporting and lay the groundwork for future AI and predictive analytics.

What Youll Do

• Transform raw data into clean structured datasets optimized for business reporting.

• Build and maintain semantic models and datasets in Power BI ensuring they align with business definitions and KPI frameworks.

• Design and develop dashboards that are visually clear intuitive and aligned with user needs.

• Work with stakeholders in finance and operations to gather requirements and deliver practical scalable solutions.

• Establish and uphold standards for data model documentation dashboard layout and performance.

• Support adoption of self-service analytics by ensuring usability and consistency across reports.

• Collaborate with in-house team members to share workload and ensure continuity.

Skills/Experience Were Looking For

• 3 years of combined experience in data modeling Power BI development or related analytics roles.

• Strong SQL and Power BI skills including DAX and tabular modeling.

• Understanding of dimensional modeling semantic layers and business KPI design.

• Solid visual design sense and a practical approach to building for usability and performance.

• Strong communication skills; ability to translate technical details into business context.

• Bonus: experience with dbt Azure stack (Data Factory Synapse) or basic forecasting models.
