We are seeking a part-time Nurse Trainer to oversee the quality of healthcare for individuals served. This involves understanding the needs of each individual on their assigned caseload; ensuring staff and home care providers are attending to all identified medical needs/scheduled medical appointments; complying with state regulations and agency policies and procedures; training and educating all staff and providers on essential health-related matters healthcare coordination and medication administration; providing on-going consultation and support to individuals and their care team; serving as a liaison between individuals healthcare practitioners and the care team as needed. The position also requires maintaining active RN licensure status through continuing education. We are looking for someone with the ability and motivation to work from home as well as from the office as needed with flexible daytime hours. On occasion there will be a need to travel to client homes within your caseload.
