$500 signing Bonus!
BASE PAY MONTHLY BONUS
SCHEDULE: Monday Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm
Overview:
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with some automobile insurance experience. This position is responsible for all insurance follow up and correspondence after purchase of accounts. Works with customers agents Mid-Atlantic employees and management on any GAP and other insurance issues.
Above average knowledge of Excel is required. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.

What Youll Do:
- Responsible for heavy data entry
- Conduct outbound calls to customers and insurance carriers
- Assist with inbound call regarding insurance issues
- Properly document any interaction on the appropriate account
- Follow-up to ensure insurance checks are received in a timely manner
- General administrative and clerical support
