Entry level recruitment position at a rapidly growing specialist recruitment agency based in the CBD.
Perfect entry level role- no recruitment experience required as full training will be provided!

As the result of business growth we now require an enthusiastic self-motivated Education Consultant to join our team.
About the role
You will be joining an established high performing team in our Melbourne office on a busy temp desk. This is a fast-paced role where making and maintaining relationships is at the core. Your role as Education Consultant will see you successfully manage the day-to-day provision of staff to our client schools. A large part of the role will be spent on the phone so you wont be afraid to dial out and have a chat! The role isnt necessarily for someone with the right experience but a role for the right person as full training will be provided. If you are personable like a chat and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment where no two days are the same then this is the role for you.
Duties
Fill bookings and manage the day-to-day provision of staff to client schools
Assist with interviews
Communicating with schools regarding bookings / changes in bookings in the evenings
Confirmation of bookings to schools.
Build and maintain meaningful relationships with new and existing candidates through regular lines of phone communication.
Have a sound knowledge of your educator pool gaining partnership and loyalty.
Ability to manage a forever evolving workload and juggle different priorities in a fast-paced environment.
