Job Description
- Ensure quality guest service and comfort at all times by monitoring the area continuously.
- Have a comprehensive knowledge of all menu items specials beverages wines etc. Must know how to read and understand BEOs.
- Serve all items utilizing appropriate china glassware silverware garnish and condiments.
- Assist other servers and set up housepersons if needed.
- Immediately relay all guest complaints and compliments to management.
- Maintain health and sanitation standards.
- Maintain safe serve regulations when serving alcoholic beverages.
- Assist in setting tables with linen and basic silver and glass maintaining high standard of presentation.
- Assist in breaking down events and cleaning rooms after functions.
Requirements:
- Minimum lifting and pulling of 50 pounds.
- Pushing bending stooping upward reaching manual dexterity.
- Standing for long periods of time.
- Understands the overall functions and procedures of Banquets and Catering.
- Must be flexible with schedule and adjust to business needs of the Hotel.
