Job Title: PROPERTY MANAGER (PART TIME / MATERNITY COVER) Residential Lettings

Location: Sidcup DA15

Salary: 32000 pro rata

Position: Permanent Full-Time

Reference: WR63305

A highly regarded independent estate and lettings agency in Sidcup is seeking a Part-Time Property Manager to cover maternity leave. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual to take on a key role managing a residential lettings portfolio.

While this is initially a fixed-term maternity cover there may be potential for the role to become permanent.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Managing a portfolio of residential properties
  • Handling tenant and landlord queries professionally
  • Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and AST regulations
  • Coordinating repairs and maintenance with contractors and suppliers
  • Managing tenancy renewals check-ins and check-outs
  • Providing high-quality customer service to all clients
  • Maintaining accurate property and tenancy records
  • Conducting property inspections when required

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Previous experience in property management
  • Solid understanding of lettings procedures and regulations
  • ARLA qualification (essential)
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and telephone manner
  • Ability to prioritise and manage workload under pressure
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
  • Local knowledge of the Sidcup / South East London area preferred
