Position Summary
The Executive Business Analyst (EBA) plays a critical role coordinating divisional strategic and business activities for Retail and Power and Market divisional operations. Reporting to the Chief of Staff and supporting the Senior Vice President (SrVP) of either Retail or Power and Market Operations the EBA coordinates and multiple functions within the division to drive business operations strategic development execution coordination and alignment with Grant PUDs overall objectives. This position reports directly to the Chief of Staff and works closely with the Senior Vice President ensuring cross-functional collaboration and alignment across multiple business units to enhance efficiency reliability and service quality.

Essential duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
- Carry out strategic and business objectives on behalf of the Senior Vice Presidents on major initiatives to ensure effective and timely communication and execution of projects.
- Coordinate and advance short- and long-term critical priorities key initiatives and operations.
- Act on behalf of the Senior Vice President to answer inquiries and provide advice to enhance overall team efficiency.
- Facilitate alignment across departments by ensuring cross-functional collaboration and communication on divisional operation initiatives.
- Monitor divisional operations key performance indicators (KPIs) track and report progress on strategic initiatives.
- Represent the Senior Vice President as needed ensuring consistent messaging and follow-through.
- Lead or support special projects or initiatives that align with division operations goals and objectives.
- Work closely with Chief of Staff Senior Vice President and divisional staff to maintain efficient and effective progress toward goals and objectives.
- Lead Division Operational leadership meetings including agenda planning coordination and follow-up.
- Manage inquiries quickly proactively and follow through on tasks to successful completion.
- Collaborate and coordinate across multiple divisional business units to provide information flow for decision making and seamless execution of divisional strategies and tactics.
- Contribute to oversee and coordinate development and management of the divisional operations annual budget plans expenses assessment monthly and quarterly business reviews and reporting.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement collaboration and transparency.
- Recognize operational weaknesses and help sharpen or develop new processes.
- Maintain awareness of legislative and regulatory developments affecting the organization.
- Coordinate division level strategy deployment project management and change management activities as needed.

Required Qualifications (Education Experience Licenses & Certifications):
- Bachelors degree in business administration finance project management or related field or 2 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
- 6 years of progressively responsible experience in project management change management and budget oversight demonstrating leadership analytical expertise and cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications (Education Experience Licenses & Certifications):
- Advanced degree in business administration finance project management law or closely related field.
- Experience working in public utility specifically in or Power and Market Operations divisions.
- Experience supporting senior leaders in the utilities with a focus on business operations or strategic initiatives.
- Experience in enterprise-level project portfolio management or strategic planning frameworks (e.g. Balanced Scorecard).
- Training in continuous improvement and/or cause evaluation.
- Professional certifications in areas such as project management continuous improvement change management or similar.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with leadership employees community groups and other key stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data make timely decisions and drive execution.
- Knowledge of Grant PUD programs such as Project Management and Change Management and familiarity with Grant PUD departments including enterprise shared services purchasing procurement and compliance.
- Understanding of fiscal planning and budget preparation.
- Proficiency in software applications and technology with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and systems.
- Understanding of supervisory and managerial techniques and principles.
Physical Requirements
- Position may be eligible for hybrid work arrangement: Yes No; Can work up to one day per week remotely as business allows.
- Majority of work is performed in a standard office setting.
- Will perform work onsite at the locations of the assigned Business Units
- Typical shift of employees in this position: 8 hours 9 hours 10 hours 12 hours
