As a Care Support Worker youll be part of a supportive collaborative team that uplifts children and young people aged 5 to 19 helping them grow in confidence develop life skills and discover joy in everyday experiences.

What youll do:

  • Support children and young people in their care learning and development helping them thrive every step of the way
  • Encourage participation in a wide range of activities like swimming baking bowling cinema trips and sensory experiences
  • Celebrate achievements by recording progress and keeping documentation up to date
  • Provide compassionate person-centred care including support with personal routines and medication
