Assistant Manager of Equine Programs
Full-Time Exempt Highland Hills OH
Join the Achievement Centers for Children as our Assistant Manager of Equine Programs and play a key role in delivering life-changing therapeutic horsemanship experiences. Youll manage the recruitment training and coordination of dedicated volunteers oversee daily barn operations and support horse care and programming.
What Youll Do:
Lead volunteer engagement training and scheduling
Support horse care and equine facility management
Teach therapeutic riding classes and mentor staff and interns
Promote a safe organized and welcoming environment
What Were Looking For:
3 years of equine-related experience
2 years of supervisory experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Bachelors degree preferred
