Providetechnical educational clinical and sales support toassistthe Region in meetingCardiac AblationSolutions(CAS)salesand customer service objectives.

A DAY IN THE LIFE: POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technical Support / Clinical Support
RepresentsMedtronicCASduring ablations procedures toprovidetroubleshootingand other technicalassistance
Receives technical inquiriesbycustomers.Researchessolutions to questions or problems (e.g.Catheter Console Generator support)
Educational Support
Educates and trains physicians hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters relating toCASproducts and related procedures
One-on-one training sessions
In-service education programs
Seminars and/or outside symposiums
Assists RM and field training department in educating/training new Clinical Specialists and Account Managers
Providestraining and resources for hospital staff to enable them to conduct training for their personnel
Sales Support
Updates sales representatives concerning procedure. Immediately notifies Account Managerregardingissues or problems requiring follow-up
Serves as effective MedtronicCASrepresentative to physicians and support staffregardingMedtronicCASproductsserviceand support
Promotes the safe and effective use of MedtronicCASproducts and related procedures
Understands national regional andterritorysales objectives. Works in partnership with AccountManager to achieve exceed goals
MUST HAVE -BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION THE FOLLOWING BASIC QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE EVIDENT ON YOUR RESUME
High School diploma PLUS a minimum 8 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP Cath Lab setting or sales in cardiac field
OR
Associatedegree PLUS a minimum of 6 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP Cath Lab setting or sales in cardiac field
OR
Bachelordegree PLUS a minimum 4yearswork experience in healthcare within an EP Cath Lab setting or sales in cardiac field
NICE TO HAVE - DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing cardiovascular life sciences or technical discipline with minimum of fouryearswork experience in cardiac field hospital/clinicor sales.
Proventrack recordwith technical training assignments.
Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field EP lab in a hospital/clinic or EP medical salesprovidingtechnical / clinical support.
Ability to travel more than 75% of the time
Must have a valid drivers license and active vehicle insurance policy.In addition your driving record will be reviewed and will be considered as part of your application
