Service Technician Hopkins House & Guilford Manor
Baltimore MD
Starting at $23/hour (based on experience) phone allowance
MondayFriday 8:30 AM 5:00 PM rotating on-call schedule

Hopkins House & Guilford Manor is seeking a skilled and dependable Service Technician to join our service this role youll be responsible for responding to maintenance requests performing preventative maintenance and preparing apartments for new residents.
The ideal candidate works well both independently and with a team delivers exceptional customer service and has residential maintenance experience. HVAC certification is preferred.
What Youll Do
Troubleshoot and maintain HVAC systems
Hang prep and sand drywall
Perform electrical repairs and troubleshoot minor electrical issues
Repair and maintain appliances
Complete plumbing repairs and maintenance
Paint common areas and apartments
Maintain property grounds cleanliness and safety
Assist with snow removal as needed
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (evenings weekends holidays) for emergencies
What Were Looking For
Demonstrated skills in plumbing electrical or carpentry
Availability for on-call emergency coverage
Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
Ability to work from ladders scaffolding or lifts up to 85 feet
High School diploma or equivalent
35 years site maintenance experience required
HVAC certification preferred
CAM-T certification a plus
