Are you ready to shape the future of pricing at a global scale At Hitachi Energy were looking for a strategic thinker with a passion for pricing innovation to join our dynamic team. As a Global Pricing Strategy Specialist youll play a pivotal role in transforming our pricing approachmoving from simplicity to intelligence. Youll be the go-to expert driving pricing initiatives that enhance revenue optimize margins and deliver value to our customers across diverse markets.

Youll work alongside talented professionals in our Indian Operations Center (INOPC) supporting global business units and contributing to projects in over 80 countries.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.
How Youll Make an Impact
Develop and implement pricing strategies that drive revenue and profitability.
Lead pricing projects with clear timelines deliverables and stakeholder communication.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify pricing opportunities.
Analyze product costs and margin expectations to inform pricing decisions.
Create and maintain dashboards to monitor pricing KPIs.
Use advanced analytics to support pricing decisions and strategy.
Ensure pricing consistency across segments and geographies.
Present pricing insights and recommendations to global stakeholders.
Your Background
Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing or commercial strategy.
Strong understanding of B2B pricing concepts and financial metrics.
Experience with Salesforce SAP PowerBI and Excel.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally in global teams.
Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
