737 First Line Supply Chain Management Manager

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a 737 First Line Supply Chain Management Manager to join our 737 Program Integration Supply Chain team in Renton WA.

We are seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Specialist to support the 737 program by managing the ordering and scheduling of parts from external suppliers. This critical role ensures a steady and timely supply of parts essential to production and airplane deliveries. The position involves handling complex parts and supplier packages that require ongoing engagement and meticulous management. You will also play a key role in addressing production challenges by gathering data conducting analysis and investigating issues to enable swift decision-making and action. Our team is currently hiring a Level K Supply Chain Management Manager.

Position Responsibilities:

• Manage and integrate employees activities across more than one area in materials management and transportation
• Develop and execute project and process plans implement policies and procedures and set operational goals
• Acquire resources for projects and processes provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
• Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners and direct reports
• Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches products and processes
• Manage develop and motivate employees

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

• 3 years of experience in supporting Operations Materials Management and/or Supply Chain functions in a production environment
• 3 years of experience working in a role that required strong interpersonal and communication skills
• 3 years experience in Procurement and Supply Chain Processes
• 3 years of experience in managing or leading people or teams
• 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook PowerPoint Excel and Word

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

• 5 years of experience with warehousing vendor management operations
• 5 years of experience in managing projects
• 5 years of experience in aerospace or manufacturing industry
• 5 years of experience leading or managing process improvement projects
• 5 years of experience in performing data analysis
• Bachelors degree or higher
