Home Care Sales Account Executive

Salary: $110000 $120000 base plus commission
Join our expanding home care agency in Smithtown NY as a Sales Account Executive where your skills in relationship-building and community engagement will directly impact the lives of patients and families in need. Key Responsibilities:
Build and nurture strong referral relationships with hospitals primary care providers discharge planners skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities.
Represent our home care services in the community through scheduled sales visits networking events and professional presentations.
Execute a data-driven strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed monthly admissions and referral targets.
Act as a liaison between referral sources and internal clinical teams to ensure seamless patient onboarding and service satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Prior success in healthcare sales ideally in home care home health or hospice.
Deep understanding of the local healthcare market in Suffolk County and surrounding areas.
Strong communication negotiation and follow-through skills.
Independent highly motivated and organized with the ability to work in the field.
Valid NY drivers license and dependable transportation required.
Preferred:
Existing book of referral sources is strongly preferred.
Clinical background a plus but not required.
