Job Description
Description of the role: University Home Care is looking for a dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team in Hartland MI. As a Home Health Aide you will be responsible for providing consistent high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living
- Monitor and report changes in patient health status
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals
Requirements:
- Two forms of ids
- Own transportation
