AsTeam Lead Design you will work within the Marketing Team at Sdui Group and will be responsible to steer the creation and visual language of our brand this role you will be responsible formanaging and guiding our design team ensuring high-quality design output aligned with our brand strategy and vision.
You have an understanding forbrand and campaign concepts and know how to successfullytranslate them intovisual design assets. In order to do so you will collaborate closely with our Brand Experience and Content Marketing Experts.

Your To-Dos
Team Leadership
- Lead and support a growing team of 3 designers
- Foster a culture of creativity ownership and continuous development
- Prioritize and manage team resources and design projects to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
- Establish clear workflows and communication structures across design and the wider marketing team
- Guide and review the creation of marketing and communication materials (web print presentations merchandise etc.)
- Lead by example: contribute to daily design work and develop high-quality templates and frameworks
- Maintain and elevate the overall design quality and ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with our Brand Experience Expert to develop and implement our new group brand identity
- Translate brand strategy and campaign ideas into strong visual executions
- Build a scalable design system that supports marketing sales and brand goals across the group
Your Skills
You are...
- A positive and open-minded team player who enjoys mentoring and supporting others
- Structured and solutions-focused even when things get fast-paced
- Proactive responsible and excited to take ownership
- Highly organized and confident in managing multiple projects and priorities
- Degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication or a related field
- 5 years of professional design experience ideally in an agency or fast-growing tech company
- 2 years of experience managing in-house design teams
- Proficient in modern design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Comfortable designing for both digital and print formats
- Strong project and people management skills
- Confident English communication skills (C1 level required)
- Familiarity with project management tools like Notion or Trello is a plus
- Residence in Cologne Vienna Koblenz or Berlin is a big advantage thats where our Marketing team is based
